E RESIDENCE EXTENSION

Situated among mid-century styled homes, this project features the addition of a balcony and parking garage. The design materials used to retain its original style were clay roof tiles with decorative exterior mouldings. The design also features a modern twist by using louvered windows instead of the window grilles.
