Balanced Food Diet Awareness
In celebration of Nutrition Month, 19 of our bright Young Scouts from Ticket to Life Manila gathered today, July 4, 2026, for an eye-opening session on balanced food diet awareness.
Led by our dedicated Rovers and Leaders, the Scouts dived into the colorful world of nutrition. They didn't just learn why veggies are good for them they discovered how these healthy ingredients are beautifully woven into our favorite traditional Filipino dishes!
The event inspired the Young Scouts to be more mindful of their everyday nutritional intake. By understanding the power of a balanced diet, they are now better equipped to lead active lives and share their newly gained knowledge with their peers and neighborhoods.
