ASI students come from different countries as Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thai, East Timur and Bangkladest are invited to show culture to students Grad 11 at Canossa Academy, Lipa city, Philippines led by Dr. Zinnia Arcinue Vice President of ASI.

Dear MSSD Student,
This evening, all student organization officers had a discussion for ASI Christmas party which will be held on December 9, 2016 led by President of Student Council Origination. Through the discussion and agreement for the contribution of money and each student is requested to pay 250 peso. Please pay 250 peso to sr.Vincentia Paul on Friday lastly.

Announcement from MSSD President Leo:
Dear MSSD students, Meeting minutes, I would like to convey my sincere thanks to everyone who attended our section meeting and would share a meeting minutes for those who skip. Today we discussed about for Christmas party, T-shirt making and vice president election! On behalf of MSSD students there were five members attended the meeting (Leo, Robert, Swe Zin, Justina, Kim Wulong Alsaka) at (2:15 to 2:35 pm).

Firstly, we discussed for the re-election of vice president whether we would like to re-elect VP or not. Regarding our discussion we agreed that not to re-elect vice president this semester but next semester we may!

Secondly, we discussed and agreed to make t-shirt for MSSD students by the suggestion of our adviser. However, due to little participation today, we could not discuss for detail such as design and size. Furthermore, we agree to pay 100 peso for member fee to; sr.Vincentia Paul in accordance with our constitution.

Thirdly, we also talk about for MSSD student organization Christmas party! In this regard, following our adviser suggestion we agreed to have a Christmas party on December 10, 2016 in the evening around 4 pm begin.
However, I would like to request you to comment on below your opinion how do want, where do you want to go for our Christmas party. What program you want to have?

On the other hand, this evening, after I acquired some suggestion from our adviser and former president concerning the Christmas party, I went to Robinson with former President to explore the place and the foods price where we could have. Here is some suggestion also form former president if we want to have a Christmas party in the beach by riding boat and enjoy the night view etc or have a meal in Robinson then watch a cinema or go outside to beach or park etc. Perhaps, we better reserve early! So, I would inform you that whether we eat in Robinson or going outside we may need to contribute approximately 500 peso each! In my conclusion, again, I would like to a have a meeting on December 2, 2016 to discuss the detail concerning above all in the coming Friday evening at 4:00 pm in the first floor parlor.
