WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | OCTOBER 10 💚

Stronger Minds, Healthier Tomorrows. 🌿

At Transnational Medical & Diagnostic Center, Inc. (TMDC), we believe that health is more than just physical well-being. Mental health is an essential part of living a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling life.

This World Mental Health Day, let us work together to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and encourage everyone to practice self-care, speak openly about their feelings, and support one another. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, and no one should have to face their struggles alone.

💚 Together, let us build a healthier, more compassionate, and supportive community—because your mental health matters.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS BUSINESS UNIT: STRIKE. TOGETHER STRONGER! 🎳💪

Last August 28, 2026, the Health and Wellness Business Unit held a friendly bowling tournament at Paeng’s Midtown Bowl in Robinsons Manila.

More than just a competition, the event was an opportunity for everyone to strengthen relationships, build camaraderie, and enjoy a fun and healthy activity together.

Seven teams came together, each representing different departments and units:

🟡 Yellow Team – Accounting Department
🔴 Red Team – WellCare Health Maintenance
🥝 Kiwi Team – Neuro-Psych, Audiometry, Radiology, Yakap, and Marketing Departments
🔵 Navy Blue Team – Doctors
🔷 Royal Blue Team – Admin Department
🟥 Maroon Team – Laboratory Department, MAS Department, and Botika
🩷 Light Pink Team – Medical Admin Department

Each team was represented by their chosen players, who gave their best throughout the competition while demonstrating teamwork, camaraderie, sportsmanship, and support for one another.

The scores from the two sets of games were tallied by the organizing committee, with trophies and medals awarded to the top-performing teams.

🏆 Bowling Tournament Winners

🏆 Champion: Navy Blue Team
🥇 1st Runner-Up: Kiwi Team
🥈 2nd Runner-Up: Yellow Team

The friendly tournament reminded us that every game is more meaningful when played with teamwork, encouragement, and camaraderie.

Together, we proved that when we strike together, we grow stronger together! 🎳💙
