Last March, Dad and I have this bright idea - to visit 's first branch in Singapore where they were offering the Kaya Cheeseroll and the Salted Egg Ensaymada. Both were really good. The kind staff accommodated us as walk-in customers despite the busy afternoon shift. It was also nice of the owner to check on the guests personally on how our visit was.
Glad there were multiple PAL flights to SG in a day to do this quick trip to the Lion City.
It is always a pleasant experience flying into Hong Kong International Airport 香港國際機場. I often wonder how it was flying back in the day to Kai Tak. I would absolutely love to experience it and even see the iconic checkerboard, but unfortunately I was more than a decade late when I first traveled to HK.

Last night's event is the start of exciting things for PAL as the flag carrier kicks off its 85th year. The main highlight of the event is the presentation of Southeast Asia's first Airbus A350-1000.
The new aircraft features the new cabin designed by the PAL team together with . The new aircraft accomodates 382 passengers with 42 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy and 316 Economy seats.
Glad to see some familiar faces, , and at the event.
The PAL team really worked hard for this aircraft and event.
