Day 26 of my fitness journey 🏃♀️✨
First time ko sumali sa fun run and OMG—excited + kabado levels were real 😂 Themed fun run pa ‘to kaya dagdag saya! Super happy ako kasi in just 26 days, natapos ko ang 1KM. Small win pero WIN PA RIN 💪
Finished it in 8 minutes—ang bilis pala nun?! 🤣 Sa treadmill 15–20 mins ako naghihingalo, pero in real life jogging… ay kaya pala! Dahil diyan, registered na agad ako every month. Commitment yarn? YES 😂
Bonus realization: bigla ko naalala na yung tatay ko marathoner pala in his 30s, umaabot ng 21KM, tapos cyclist pa from Luneta to Tagaytay 😳 Ay may pinagmanahan pala ako hahaha!
Lesson of the day: Hindi mo malalaman kung kaya mo hangga’t di mo sinusubukan. Small steps, small wins… hanggang maging big progress.
Sa mga nagdadalawang-isip mag-start—simulan niyo na ngayon, hindi bukas 😉🔥

Goal ko: 140lbs by Dec 2025. 🤞
I’m now trying ClassPass and so far, I think I’m loving it! 🩵 Used their free trial for this
Posting this para lalo akong ma-motivate (kasi nga nagpost na ako, dapat panindigan ko na ‘to hahaha).
Medyo bitin ako sa dance class ko na once a week lang,
so I’m adding 2 gym days every week — for starters muna! 🏋️♀️
So here I am ... Gym Day 1! 🏃♀️✨
