The iTower - Dos Castillas is a modern and innovative residential building project located Manila’s University Belt. The building aims to create a vibrant and interactive living environment for the students and professionals. It consists of 21 residential floors of self-contained studio apartments, each equipped with a private bathroom, kitchenette, and significant storage space. The studio units were all designed to provide natural light and ventilation. The building also features 4 floors of amenities conducive for work, socializing, and fitness. The building is designed to achieve high standards of sustainability, with passive design strategies, renewable energy sources, and waste management systems.
