Fordham Condo Unit renovation

Our design approach is always to match the interiors and architecture to the personality and needs of our client. Using neutral tones, correct use of mirror and lights made this unit spacious, warm and inviting. Retaining some existing finishes and matching it with new ones saved us some budget and made impact to the fresh look of this space. We just love how everything turned out! For us as Designers, remodeling any type of home, especially an older one, presents a specific challenge.

In our case, an old but well-kept residence in the South of Metro aims for updating the kitchen, which is likely one of their most used rooms in the house. We are able to experiment with materials and textures since we are to keep the majority of the room's original features.

Utilizing the entire area to create a more useful space for personal use and hosting social activities. We incorporate natural elements of stones and classic wood into modern design while maintaining the home's overall architectural character.
