Brenton has made his mark in the cubing community as the first Filpino Cuber to reach 300 podiums, proving his excellence across multiple events. He currently holds the National Record for 3x3 Cube Single with a blazing time of 3.84 seconds and is the reigning two-time National Champion.

Known for his versatility, Brenton dominates while focusing mainly on 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4. Though he will be missing this year's Philippine Championship in order to fly early for the World Championship in Seattle, Washington, he is excited to spectate and cheer for everyone. 🎉

"I am honestly just hoping that [the championship title] goes to someone who really deserves it with all the practice they put into 3x3," Brenton shares.

His advice for aspiring champions?

I’m incredibly grateful and humbled to have reached 300 podium finishes since starting my cubing journey back in 2017. Becoming the first Filipino cuber to achieve this milestone is something I could’ve only dreamed of — and it wouldn’t have been possible without God’s guidance and grace every step of the way.

From my first gold at Marikina City Open 2018 to my latest bronze at South Luzon Championship 2025, it’s been an incredible journey filled with challenges, growth, and unforgettable moments.

I want to thank God, my family, friends, fellow cubers, and the entire Philippine cubing community for your unwavering support. You’ve all played a big part in this journey, and I’m beyond grateful.

Brenton Wong represented the Philippines with incredible performances over 4 days of intense competition, achieving remarkable rankings among the best speedcubers in Asia!

Final Results:

🎯 Square-1 Cube: 18th out of 109 competitors

Highlights:
🔥 Advanced to the semi-finals for:
• 3x3 Cube, achieving 16th place in the second round out of 523 competitors and finishing 28th overall in the semi-finals.

• 3x3 One-Handed: Ranked 21st in the first round and 42nd in the semi-finals.
