To all Clinic 4 clinicians whose complete dentures were fabricated under the ODCD program and who only require the complete denture for Prosthodontics tallying:

Kindly proceed to the Compass Dentistry Office and submit the following requirements prior to tallying:

1. OD Forms
2. Signed Complete Denture Rubrics
3. Tally Sheet
4. Pre op and post op photographs (following the format given)

The date of tallying is scheduled TOMORROW, February 24, 2026 (3:00-4:00 pm).
