💰 PHP 22,000 – PHP 28,000 + commission + performance incentives

M-STAR is looking for a driven and proactive Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team in Makati.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new clients and business opportunities
• Promote M-STAR products to potential customers and partners
• Follow up leads and convert them into sales
• Expand sales channels and support business partnerships
• Conduct market outreach and client relationship building
• Support both online lead generation and offline business development efforts

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, proactive, and results-oriented
• Interest in sales, client acquisition, and business development
• Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are welcome to apply
