February is known as the month of love, but it’s also a month that symbolizes reflection, renewal, and fresh beginnings. Just like this month, may this another year of your lives be about choosing what truly matters, letting go of what no longer serves you, and welcoming growth with an open heart.

In the middle of busy school days and responsibilities, may you always find reasons to be proud of yourselves. May love surround you—not just romantic love, but love from friends, family, and the quiet self-love that keeps you going.

Remember this — 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗘, 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗚𝗢, & 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗧.

𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥: 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 — 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗗!

This semester was not easy. It was filled with long nights, deadlines that felt impossible, self-doubt, pressure, misunderstandings, and moments where giving up seemed tempting. But despite all of that, WE chose to show up, to push through, and to keep going. Today, we celebrate not just passing grades, but the effort, perseverance, and growth behind them.

To everyone who struggled silently, who balanced academics with personal battles and org activities, and who still managed to finish strong—this win is for you. Your hard work did not go unnoticed.

As they say, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
Remember: Progress, no matter how slow, is still progress. And that HE has plans for us.

Congratulations to our blockmates for successfully passing the first semester of second year. This is only one chapter of our journey, and there is so much more ahead. Rest, recharge, and come back stronger—because if we survived this semester, we can face the next ones with even more confidence.

Here’s to resilience, collaboration, and believing in ourselves.

Hosted by the PUP House of Parliamentarians, the Youth in Governance Summit 2025 gathered emerging leaders, policy advocates, and public servants for a two-day engagement on participatory and responsive governance at PUP Manila.

Sa pagbubukas ng isang bagong kabanata, ating kilalanin ang mga lider na handang tumindig at magsilbing gabay sa ating paglalakbay. Ang mga lider na buong pusong tumanggap ng hamon at handang maging tulay sa pag-abot ng ating mga kolektibong mithiin.

Sa taglay nilang husay, dedikasyon, at determinasyon sa paglilingkod, asahan ang mas makabuluhan at progresibong mga hakbang tungo sa tunay na pagbabago.

Ang paglilingkod ay isang karangalang ipinagkakaloob sa mga tunay na karapat-dapat. Ngayon, narito sila, handa, matatag ang loob, at may pusong tapat sa tungkulin.
