The Vice President of Youth Ministry, Justin Tomagan, shared on the main verse, Psalm 139:13โ14, emphasizing how God made each of us fearfully and wonderfully, saying "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my motherโs womb. I praise you because ๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐๐; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Justin encouraged everyone to love themselves, recognize their uniqueness, and discover the gifts God placed in their lives. After his exhortation, we had a short activity where we showed love to others by writing positive words or their unique qualities on each otherโs backs.
As Charles Xavier in X-Men says, โ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐จ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐ก ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ,โ reminding us of the hidden potential and strengths God has placed within each of us.

As we celebrate the month of love this February, we are reminded not only of the love we share with friends, family, or even our crushes, but more importantly, of our burning desire for God. As Psalm 27:7โ8 says, โHear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you, โSeek His face.โ Your face, Lord, I will seek.โ Ptr. Jess shared a powerful exhortation on having a deep and sincere desire for God. As the message resonated with the youth, the altar was opened, and many responded in prayer and surrender. It was a meaningful moment of reflection, renewal, and drawing closer to Godโs divine love.
"When love is rooted in God, everything else falls into proper order."

๐ YM 2025 Accomplishment Report โผ๏ธ
All glory and honor to JESUS, the REDEFINER! ๐
From 2020 (pandemic era) to 2025 (YM's 50th year), we, YM Redefine Leadership team, have championed GOD'S CAUSE for the YOUTHS. We have joined the Lord and rallied with eye bags, puffy eyes, and calloused hands. But all our labor has never been in vain and are definitely worth it as we SERVED FOR GOD, not for men.
Over our years of service, God has redefined the Youth Ministry's culture in a myriad of ways, but let us share some of the core notable ones:
1๏ธโฃ True Greatness is Service over Power (Mark 10:35-45)
โก๏ธ PEOPLE over programs - journeying for real transformation, not hype
โก๏ธ ACCOUNTABILITY system - for proper feedback & regular check-ins
โก๏ธ SERVANT-LEADERSHIP structure - adopted circular and flat leadership
2๏ธโฃ Radical Love: Justice, Kindness, & Loving your enemy (Matthew 5:38-48)
โก๏ธ DIPLOMATIC RESOLUTION - Giving benefit of the doubt & active listening during conflicts
โก๏ธ NON-JUDGMENTALISM - Listen to understand, sharing on one's weakness
โก๏ธ 360ยฐ HONOR: Everyone is respected and celebrated, not only leaders. Leaders initiate.
โก๏ธ Responding in OPPOSITE SPIRIT with offenses
3๏ธโฃ The Kingdom Culture (Matthew 3:1-11)
โก๏ธ PRIORITY ONE - seek God daily thru prayer & devotional
โก๏ธ PURSUIT OF HOLINESS - exposing secret sins to lose their power
โก๏ธ NO ENTITLEMENTS - self-denial & open door policy
โก๏ธ FAIL FORWARD - people feel safe to fail, learn, and be better
โก๏ธ OVERFLOW WORSHIP - pouring one's heart to Jesus, not just sing songs
โก๏ธ PEACEMAKING - engaging conflicts to enable true healing and reconciliation
โก๏ธ FAITHFUL WITNESSING despite of persecution
โก๏ธ GENEROSITY through leaders' willful pledge
We would like to honor and thank our Chief Servant, Rev. Jess Tomagan, together with the Board of Deacons, for the opportunity given us to serve in 2025.
We also deeply appreciate all who have kept YM in prayers and those who've extended their generous support without asking for any credit. The Lord sees you and blesses you a thousandfold ๐
For our legacy offering sponsors, be assured that the legacy initiatives would be carried out into completion this year, as promised. Thank you for putting your faith in God for His people in YM!

๐ฃ PRAISE REPORTโผ๏ธ
In the spirit of "Boxing Day" in other countries, we'd like to give praises to Jesus for moving with an outstretched arm just last Sunday.
In coordination with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), Manila Faith Assembly of God's Youth Ministry (YM) has brought Noche Buena packages to some chosen families living in the Happyland. The red bags include ham, hotdogs, and spaghetti sets.
Happyland is deemed one of the most (if not the most) marginalized communities in Tondo, Manila. The residents heavily rely on scraps and scavenged leftover food "pagpag" for a living. Just this year, their houses were caught on fire twice already then later, their homes got flooded too. The area, being near the smokey mountain, also poses serious health risks. Nevertheless, the Lord has ordered our steps and we did the work of gifting, listening as they share their struggles, and praying for them.
We're especially grateful for the sponsors who generously supported YM's Legacy Offering! Thank you for investing in good soil, we were able to put up compassion efforts which will echo in all eternity.
We'd also like to appreciate the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) who unhesitatingly partnered with us in this compassion event! With the humble leadership of Joemarie Manzano, they were able to reach those whom we couldn't. We pray that God would flourish your weekly ministry activities around this community all the more!
All glory to the Lord who's abounding in charity and unbounded in sparking hope ๐โค๏ธโ๐ฅ

โEnter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.โ Matthew 7:13-14 NIV
