This one is very close to my heart and home.
Inspired by traditional filipino breakfast. 24 hr raised brioche filled with chocolate sticky rice porridge, evaporated milk glaze, topped with chocolate anglaise, candied anchovies and cocoa nibs.

Hello!
Prep day is usually super busy day for me.
Lalo na kapag may bagong ilalabas na donut series.
Finalizing recipes then making all the components and fillings/cream. Usually pag bago yung series, lalo na pag super intricate yung design dahil maraming components sa first week dun palang namin nagagamay yung flow. It’s always fun for me when we have new series to launch kasi gumagana ang mga brain cells ko hehe!
