1. Coordinate with different suppliers and contractors when the company is needing to outsource projects

3. Process and monitors department material inventory and audits all marketing equipment to ensure that all is in good condition

4. Take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

1. Create and develop marketing and promotional design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on approved directions

2. Responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of a variety of creative projects, including brochures, posters, etc.

3. Recommend innovative, creative approaches to brand campaigns, including the best visuals, design, messaging layout, and images, etc.

4. Creates motion graphics
Maintain standard look for all consumer brands

5. In charge of organizing and archiving all graphic design artworks for both soft and hard copies - updating the local shared folder

6. Take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
