We will be conducting an emergency network and system maintenance on May 25, 2026 from 12:00am to 12:15am. Kindly turn off your routers or ONU by unplugging the power cable from the power outlet from 12:15am replug it after 3-5mins to refresh its connection the network.

The emergency network and system maintenance has been completed. In any case that you are still experiencing issues with your internet connection please perform basic troubleshooting by following these steps below to refresh the modem's connection to the network.
1. Disable the wifi on your device.
2. If you have another router, repeater or wifi extender please unplug them from our modem/ONU and turn them off as well.
3. Turn off your modem by unplugging the power cable from the electrical outlet for 2-3mins. then replug it afterwards.
4. Enable the wifi on your device as needed.
5. Make sure that your device is connected to our modem/ONU and not to another router, repeater or wifi extender for troubleshooting purpose only.
6. Once that you are able to connect to the internet using a direct connection to our modem/ONU you can then reconnect and turn on your other router, repeater or wifi extender.
7. Otherwise, if you are not able to connect to the internet using a direct connection to our modem/ONU please contact our Technical Team for further assistance

Rest assured our Restoration Team is working in restoring the service. We will provide you an update once available.

We are very much happy to inform our valued subscribers that the fiber cable cuts along Mac Arthur Highway that caused service interruptions in some areas have now been 98% restored by our OSP Team. Marimel, Lambakin area remains under repair status and will continuously be worked on.
We apologize that it took more time to restore the service as multiple fiber cable cuts were found due to cable thievery which took repairing, replacing, testing and acceptance of the fiber cables restoration to complete.
We highly recommend for you to unplug the power cable of the modem/ONU from the electrical outlet for 2-3mins to refresh it's connection to the network. In any case that you are still experiencing issues with your internet connection please do basic troubleshooting by following these steps below.
