Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of messages offering me insurance for my kids. Just to clear things up, nakakuha nako ani even before pa ko niabroad kadto time nga prenda pa akoa ATM sa mga coop 😂. My kids are already covered na and I’ve been preparing for their future for years nagyd buyag kay paranoid baya ko nga Mama.

1. My Policy (Kaithy Emerald Future) – Got this in 2018 when she was still a baby. I named it after her because this was my way of securing something for her if anything ever happened to me kay gadrive ko everyday and mahadlok ko simbako ma disgrasya ba and that time, I didn’t have savings yet, but I wanted to make sure she’d be okay if maunsa ko HAHAHAHA (paranoid dba)

2 & 3. Kaithy’s and Andrei’s Policies – I got these in 2021, in case they ever get sick and to serve as their savings for college.

On top of these, I also have separate time deposit passbooks for both of them. Whenever I have extra money, I put it there. (This is purely for their education gyd ni.) Kay paranoid ko, wala ta kabalo sa panahon ba, basin ma-poorita ta puhon haha, magkasakit, or worse, matigok (simbako tawon kitkit kahoy). Mas maayo nang secured gyd akong mga anak. My greatest fear is leaving them behind without anything. (Btaw, wala ta kabalo sa panahon. Maong nangandam nko para sa mahayag nga kaugmaon sa akong anak charot. Btaw, Dili man gud ika-deny nga dili sa tanan panahon mupabor ang langit sa atoa, mao nang karon mintras nipabor pa, isecure gyd nako sila.)
