ANNOUNCEMENT: Digital Slogan Making Contest

DICT LC3 Masbate is pleased to announce a contest that will conceptualize a slogan in celebration of the National ICT Month 2020 with the theme: Maximizing ICT in the New Normal. 🎉

📌 Call for Submissions:
The contest will run from June 5-30, 2020, the DICT LC3 is giving an opportunity for all Masbateños in all ages to conceptualize a slogan which best reflects to its theme.

📌 Requirements:
1. Participants must be from Masbate Province
2. Participants are discouraged to use their artworks from previous contests.
3. Slogan must be digitally written in clear, concise English. They must be short, catchy and easy to
understand. The aim is to appeal to a wide audience.
4. Make sure the image is around 200dpi; max of 10MB, 10”x8” (landscape or portrait orientation) and there are no names or other distinguishing marks on the entry.
5. Save the image with the following information: FullName_DigitalSlogan.jpg /.png (JuanDelaCruz_DigitalSlogan.png or JuanDelaCruz_DigitalSlogan.png)
6. By June 30, 2020, 11:59 PM, all slogans and Artist Statement of Originality must be uploaded and encoded respectively on the google form link provided.

7. The TOP 3 winners from Masbate Province will be announced on July 3, 2020 and their promising artworks will be posted in the DICT LC3’s page.
8. The winning slogans will automatically be an official property of DICT Luzon Cluster 3. The result once announced is final and irrevocable.

1) Theme-directed -- words embody the theme--30%
2) Conjures graphic imagery in mind of audience--40%
3) Originality--30%
