On this quiet and sacred day of Black Saturday, we dwell in stillness and reflection, embracing the silence that follows sacrifice. It is a moment suspended between sorrow and hope — a day that teaches us the power of waiting and trusting in God’s promise.
As we remember the time when Christ lay in the tomb, we are reminded in Psalm 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God.” In this stillness, we are invited to surrender our fears, our doubts, and our burdens, trusting that even in silence, God is at work.
Black Saturday is not a day of despair, but a sacred pause — a space where faith is tested and strengthened. Just as the darkness of the tomb did not last, we are reminded that our own struggles are not the end of our story.
Today, we reflect on patience, humility, and unwavering faith. In the quiet, we prepare our hearts for the joy and light that is to come.
May this Sabado de Gloria remind us that even in the darkest moments, hope is alive — waiting, rising, and ready to shine.
✨ Let this day teach us that silence holds meaning, and in waiting, there is faith.
