This is to inform the general public that starting 𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, we will strictly requiring 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐒 to be signed and sealed only by a 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓.

This is in line with the Supreme Court Ruling GR No. 200015 & GR No. 205846 promulgated March 2023 upholding Section 302 par.3&4 of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).
