𝐁𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨; 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨

Sa pagtatapos ng Buwan ng Wika ay hindi lamang ang kahalagahan ng wika ang ating ipinakita. Binigyang buhay ng baitang labing-dalawa ang buong buwan ng Agosto sa pamamagitan ng pagpapamalas ng kanilang talino, pagkamalikhain, galing, at pagkakaisa. Kung kaya'y nalagpasan nila ng may ngiti sa labi ang mga patimpalak na inilahad sa buwang ito.

Bilang bahagi ng Grade 12, nagkaisa kami upang ipagdiwang ang kulturang Pilipino sa pinakamasaya at makabuluhang paraan. Isa sa mga patimpalak na buong husay na naipakita ng bawat pangkat ng baitang labing-dalawa ang essensiya ng pagkakaisa ay ang Pista Sa Nayon na kung saan matagumpay na nakamit ang unang gantimpala.

Hindi lang ito basta aktibidad sa paaralan. Isa itong alaala na mananatili sa atin dahil magkasama tayong nagsaya at nagdiwang bilang isang malaking pamilya.

𝘐𝘧 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭?

Some say it's a reminder of what was missed. But for Mathew Belsonda, it's a testament to a heart that never quits.
"Love the game, not the medal," he said.

August 23, a silver-shining day.
Amidst a wave of loud cheers and beaming echoes of excitement for the 1st R.M.T Championship Mindanao, a memorial tournament for Ricardo M. Tacay held in Davao City, the only sound he heard was his own heartbeat—not only from nervousness, but also from a rekindled ember burning within. It wasn't just a simple battle; it was reaping triumph. From merely collecting our cellphones every class hour, to proudly collecting a medal on stage with honor.

Turning back the pages where he first began, he realized that throughout his journey, he had made great progress, something he could already be proud of, and something we could all be proud of.

"Sa mga karate-do players a word of advice, BE HUMBLE og ayaw ninyo abusoha ang uban gamit ang inyong mga natun-an, learn to love your craft," he added.

By the end of the day, he returned not just as a competitor, but as a silver medalist—his very own seal of victory and a reminder of a heart that never quits.

𝐼𝓃 𝒶 𝒹𝒶𝓏𝓏𝓁𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓈𝒽𝑜𝓌𝒸𝒶𝓈𝑒 𝑜𝒻 𝒶𝓁𝓁𝓊𝓇𝑒 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒷𝑒𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎, 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐚 and 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐱 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐨 graced the stage of Mr. and Ms. ASEAN with the pride of the whole Grade 12, under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability.” They astonished the audience with their attire, which embodied the rich legacy of the Golden Nation, bringing to life the vivid spirit of Myanmar.

Althea clinched the Best in Ramp award and took the first runner-up title after captivating the audience with her grace and charm. Darryl, meanwhile, proudly secured the second runner-up spot, his charm and tenacity propelling him into the limelight. Together, they reminded us that sustainability and inclusivity are not merely abstract concepts but principles we must uphold—bringing honor and pride to Eichner and the entire Grade 12.
