Regular Program students who DID NOT have Monday classes must submit an exemption request for their attendance during the Musical Extravaganza held on February 9, 2026.

• Students with NO Monday classes only

📌 REQUIREMENTS:
• Student ID Number
• Enrollment Registration Certificate (ERC)
