The inverter can’t sense the load, during grid mode, upon inspection we have checked the CT line and it seems the cable was cut.
Second, the ATS was not able to transfer automatically during DU block out.
Third, shorted power outlet was found in the kitchen area. All of these concerns were corrected.

Done Replacing ATS, CT Sensor cable with new line of conduit and power outlet. Thus, the inverter is now on normal operation.
