Borland Development Corporation was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 23, 1990 as a company primarily engaged in real estate development.

For almost two decades of operation, the company takes pride in the completion of more than 50 subdivisions in the past. Through aggressive sales and marketing thrusts, it boasts of currently developing more than subdivisions in different progressive areas like Bulacan, Cavie, Laguna, Rizal, Caloocan and Batangas. As of the beginning of 2008 the company sold more than 3,000 housing units. As housing needs of people expands, augmented by low interest rate for housing loans, potential sales and development of new housing programs is projected to rise in the future.

Serving as the moral fibre for all these activities is an excellent, vibrant workforce of more than 200, let by an equally dynamic Board composed of renowned businessmen.

Borland Development Corporation is a proud member of Subdivision and Housing Developers Association, Inc. (SHDA) and Chamber of Real Estate & Builders Association, Inc. (CREBA).
