Kahapon, we celebrated not just your birthday but the life, vision, and sacrifices that have kept the 𝑺𝒕𝒐. 𝑵𝒊ñ𝒐 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒆 𝑽𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒅𝒆 alive.

Hindi lingid sa amin na kung wala ka, hindi aandar ang 𝑺𝒕𝒐. 𝑵𝒊ñ𝒐 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒖𝒆 𝑽𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑰𝒏𝒄.

You chose to put the mission above yourself, your time, your rest, your comfort, even your personal resources, just so others may live, be saved, and be protected. Marami ang hindi nakakakita ng hirap mo, pero kami… alam namin. Nakita namin. At ramdam namin.

You did not build SFRV for recognition or praise.
You built it out of love for the community, faith in service, and an unshakable belief that helping others is 𝔀𝓸𝓻𝓽𝓱 𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻𝔂 𝓼𝓪𝓬𝓻𝓲𝓯𝓲𝓬𝓮.

Your vision continues to fuel us when resources run low.
Your heart keeps us going when we are tired.
