One of the heartfelt messages shared during the NSTP Graduation Ceremony held last May 7, 2026 at the City of Meycauayan Convention Center came from our guest speaker, Mr. Romel T. Nacional, LPT, an esteemed alumnus of the institution.

His inspiring words reminded the graduates to carry the values of SECURE wherever life leads them — to serve with compassion, lead with integrity, and remain true to themselves despite life’s uncertainties and challenges.

As a proud PCCM alumnus, Mr. Nacional’s journey serves as a testament that perseverance, authenticity, and service can create meaningful impact in the lives of others. His message continues to inspire the NSTP graduates to become responsible citizens and future leaders rooted in the institution’s core values.

In line with its commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, PCCM through its NSTP students from BSOA conducted a 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 in 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗚𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗱, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴, and 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗞𝘄𝗶𝗸-𝗸𝘄𝗲𝘆 and 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗷𝗼. The initiative aimed to provide accessible food support to families while promoting the spirit of bayanihan and shared compassion within the community.

Inspired by the project proposal “𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵, 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘺𝘤𝘭𝘦, 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦,” the activity was made possible through funds generated from recyclable materials collected and sold to a junkshop. Through collective effort and environmental responsibility, the students were able to raise funds, which was utilized to support the community pantry.

Through this initiative, the project not only addressed immediate community needs but also highlighted the value of sustainability, resourcefulness, and teamwork. It served as a meaningful platform for students to translate service-learning into action while promoting environmental awareness and social responsibility.

This initiative aligns with 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟭 – 𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 by extending support to underserved communities; 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟮 – 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 by helping address food security;𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟭𝟮 – 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 through recycling efforts; and 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟭𝟳 – 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 by strengthening collaboration between PCCM and its partner barangays.

Through NSTP-led initiatives such as this, PCCM continues to cultivate compassion, innovation, and community-driven action among its students.
