📌 HIRING: Executive Assistant for Academic Operations

Responsibilities:

Send Google Meet links to students and tutors

Coordinate with tutors and supervise Messenger group chats

Ensure messages in group chats are seen and addressed promptly (24/7 responsiveness required)

Handle student/tutor records (Excel, Sheets)

Prepare documents (Word, PPT, PDF)

Create simple designs using Canva

Assist the Director with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

College graduate (any course)

Computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, Canva)

Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

Organized, reliable, and excellent in communication

Must be always reachable via Messenger to help maintain 24/7 online support for students

Qualifications:

College Graduate (any course, Education-related is an advantage)

Proficient in Math, English, Science, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan

Strong communication and teaching skills

Patient, reliable, and professional

With good internet connection and a reliable computer

Must be available weekdays, 5PM–8PM

The Department of Education (DepEd) should provide the learning competencies of the new subjects and learning resources for the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) before June 16.

DepEd should also release a memo as soon as possible (ASAP) about the changes because some schools are still uninformed of the revisions; hence, they may still implement the original proposal.
