UPCAT 2026 Admission to UP Visayas For UPCAT 2026 qualifiers who accepted their Degree Program during the confirmation period from April 22 to May 16, 2026,

The Online Student Evaluation of Teachers (oSET) and the UP Student Course Effectiveness Evaluation (UPSCEE) for Second Semester/Trimester, AY 2025–2026 are now available until May 24, 2026 only.

Faculty members are enjoined to inform their students of the evaluation and encourage their participation in the UPSCEE.

Students may access the evaluation through their CRS accounts, https://crs.upv.edu.ph/, and accomplish the oSET and the UPSCEE for each enrolled course and their corresponding instructor/s

Please be reminded that non-compliance will result in the blocking of grade viewing at the end of the semester/trimester.

Please be informed that the Office of the University Registrar will be CLOSED on Friday, 17 April 2026. All OUR staff will be attending a Training Workshop on the Development of the OUR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual.

All incoming hard-copy documents may be submitted to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (2nd Floor, UPV New Administration Building).
