our Mt. Apo Arabica × Sultan Kudarat Robusta blend has quietly become one of the crowd favorites during our first days running the bar.

grateful to Tay Roming Coffee Roasters, together with Arnel Cadeliña — Q Robusta Grader and SCA roasting-certified roaster — for the consistency, care, and craftsmanship behind these coffees.

being from Region 12, it also means a lot to us to serve robusta sourced from Sultan Kudarat alongside Mindanao-grown arabica.

as xýpna slowly grows, we hope to continue exploring different farmers, regions, and roast profiles while staying grounded in local Philippine coffee and the people behind it.
