Responsibilities:

🔹Call prospective Decision Makers (DM) of Business establishments by operating dialing systems.
🔹Influence them to avail the company services and follow a prepared script to provide excellent service.
🔹Complete important details such as Name of Decision Maker, company Address, e-mail address and register it in a form system.
🔹 Transfer the call to the Scheduling Department to properly schedule a quick visit of the place for service.
🔹 Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on a daily basis.
🔹 Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
🔹 Support the unit manager in any additional assignments.


Skills and Background:

🔹 Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service or relevant position.
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
🔹 Patient and able to handle customers' rejection.
🔹 Persistent and result oriented.
🔹 Skilled on negotiation
🔹 Must be familiar with NATO / MILITARY Phonetics

🔹 Headset - USB based headset and noise-cancelling
🔹 Internet speed - at least 10mbps
