𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐦, from 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐲, 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐫, has been awarded as the 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 and 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐘𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 during the Wet Season of '23. He has an actual harvest of 𝟏𝟎.𝟎𝟒 𝐌𝐓/𝐇𝐚, achieved through the cultivation of 𝐋𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟗𝟔 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 (𝐃𝐀). The awarding ceremony was presided over by Mayor Roniel Sarande, Vice Mayor Arthur Davin, and Municipal Agriculturist, Ma'am Helen Carampatana. Featuring also the presence of esteemed SB Members and Representatives from DA RFO 11.
