𝗕𝗦𝗕𝗔-𝗙𝗠 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗫 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

Out of 258 Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management (BSBA-FM) students enrolled for the second semester of Academic Year 2025–2026, 180 responded to the survey, resulting in a 69.77% response rate. FinLead 360: Organizational Excellence Review 2026, a performance-based tool, revealed strong overall satisfaction with the Junior Financial Executives - CSPC Chapter, showing that the student body highly values the premier organization’s initiatives and its positive influence on the program and its community.

The data showed that the relevance of activities to the program received the highest rating of 92.67%, followed closely by the overall impact on student growth at 91.67% and academic support at 91.22%. Notably, academic support saw major growth, bouncing back strongly after ranking as the lowest area in last year’s survey. Meanwhile, the lowest-rated areas this year were communication with members (85.33%), responsiveness to member feedback (86.89%), and inclusiveness and member engagement (87.56%). These three sections not only remained the lowest-performing areas last year, but their individual scores also declined from the previous survey, which lowers the organization’s overall combined rating for this term.

Moving forward, the JFINEX-CSPC Chapter is encouraged to maintain this excellent momentum and stay consistent with the high-quality academic activities that its members value so much. Although the slight dip in percentages shows areas for refinement, these results call for the organization to enhance its communication channels and feedback responsiveness to ensure greater inclusivity.

The CSPC BSBA-FM Program extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Christine Margoux M. Sirios, CPA, MBA, one of our esteemed core faculty members, for graduating as 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 from the University of Northeastern Philippines College of Law.
