NCF National Service Training Program

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) Graduation Ceremony 2026 of Naga College Foundation, Inc. is honored to welcome 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐕𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐒 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐅𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, Executive Officer of the Office of the Ethical Standards and Public Accountability, as the 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

He previously served as the ROTC Commandant of Naga College Foundation, Inc. during School Year 2021–2022 and was recognized as the Most Outstanding Commandant for his exemplary leadership and significant contributions.

His presence at this year's NSTP Graduation Ceremony serves as an inspiration to the graduating class as they continue their journey of service, leadership, and civic engagement.

The Naga College Foundation, Inc. proudly announces the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏) 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 with the theme, “𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐨𝐝-𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧.”

This momentous occasion will recognize the dedication, commitment, and service of 2,000 NSTP graduates from the
𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐖𝐓𝐒), 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐓𝐒), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂), who have exemplified patriotism, civic consciousness, and active participation in nation-building.

The ceremony will be held on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟕:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌, 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐍𝐍 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝, 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. The celebration will commence with a 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝟕:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌, followed by the Graduation Program Proper.

This graduation marks not only the successful completion of the graduates’ NSTP journey but also the beginning of their lifelong commitment to becoming responsible citizens, servant-leaders, and catalysts for positive change in their communities and the nation.
