Job Post: High-rise Building Project

We are Hiring! Join Our Team for an Exciting High-rise Building Project!

Our company is embarking on an ambitious high-rise building project in Cebu City and we are looking for talented and dedicated professionals to join our team. We have multiple positions available and welcome applications from experienced individuals ready to contribute to our success.

1. Electrical Engineers (3 to 5 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

*Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components.
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
*Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project management.
*Conduct site inspections and testing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in high-rise construction.
Proficient in electrical design software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

2. Safety Officers (3 to 5 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

*Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
*Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
*Provide safety training and education to site personnel.
*Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

3. Electrical Foreman (1 to 3 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

*Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and helpers.
*Ensure timely completion of electrical installations and repairs.
*Maintain project schedules and work plans.
*Perform quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

High school/College diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

4. Electricians with NC2 (1 to 3 years of experience)

Responsibilities:

*Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
*Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
*Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
*Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Requirements:

College/High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience as an Electrician.
Valid electrician's license or certification.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and tools.

5. Electrical Helpers (at least 1 year of experience with NC2)

Responsibilities:

*Assist electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
*Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision.
*Maintain tools and equipment.
*Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as an Electrical Helper.
NC2 certification (National Certificate Level II).
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
