🎉📚 Congratulations to the City of Naga Tutoring Program Completers! 📚🎉

We proudly congratulate the learners of Lutac Elementary School who are among the 540 successful completers of the City of Naga Tutoring Program recognized yesterday, March 5, 2026, during the Thanksgiving Day and Distribution of Certificates of Completion held at the Enan Chiong Activity Center.

After completing 25 tutorial sessions focused on improving reading proficiency and comprehension, learners from 12 public elementary schools successfully finished the program. This meaningful initiative of the City Government of Naga, headed by Mayor Val Chiong, continues to show that education and literacy remain a top priority for the city.

The 3rd Cycle of the City of Naga Tutoring Program was made even more meaningful through the partnership between the City Government of Naga and Concreat Holdings Philippines, where 450 learners were supported by the City Government and 90 learners were sponsored by Concreat Holdings.

This successful program would not be possible without the support of our dedicated tutors, teachers, supportive parents, and hardworking learners who gave their best throughout the tutoring sessions.

👏 Congratulations to our Lutac ES learners and to all 540 completers! Your improved reading skills will surely open more opportunities and help you achieve bigger dreams in the future.

📖🌟 Building Strong Readers, Building a Brighter Naga! 🌟📖

We are proud to share the success of the First Naga Reading Tutoring Program initiated by the City of Naga Government under the leadership of Valdemar M. Chiong.

This meaningful initiative gives priority to our non-readers and struggling readers, helping them improve not only in reading but also in reading with comprehension — because true learning happens when children understand what they read.

Just this morning, selected learners from the ARAL CHALKBOARD had a memorable experience as they met Mayor Val in his office. Each child had a special moment reading one by one while the Mayor personally listened to them. It was truly heartwarming to witness how leadership and compassion come together to uplift education in our city. ❤️

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated LGU volunteers who generously spend their time teaching and guiding our learners. Your patience, passion, and commitment are helping shape brighter futures for our children.

Reading is the foundation of all learning. When a child learns to read, they open doors to knowledge, confidence, and opportunity. Reading strengthens comprehension, critical thinking, communication skills, and imagination. Most importantly, it empowers children to dream bigger and achieve more.

🙏🌿 Graduating Students’ Recollection – Lutac Elementary School 🌿🙏

The recollection activity for our graduating Grade 6 learners was successfully conducted as part of preparing them not only academically but also spiritually and emotionally as they move to the next chapter of their journey.

Recollection is very important for Grade 6 students because it allows them to reflect on their experiences, express gratitude, strengthen their faith, and rediscover their purpose as they face the challenges of junior high school. It helps learners develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, moral values, and positive outlook in life. Through quiet reflection and meaningful sharing, students are reminded of the importance of being responsible, respectful, and God-fearing individuals.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our graduating students for their active participation and cooperation during the recollection activity. Your presence and openness made this event meaningful and memorable.

Special appreciation is given to the parents for their unwavering support, to our dedicated teachers, and most especially to Ma’am Corazon Terec and Ma’am Juliet Terec for facilitating and guiding the recollection activity with dedication and commitment.
