We may be emotionally stressed by staying at home right now, but imagine the struggles of our frontliners today who are toughly dealing with physical and mental exhaustion. Some of them have to go on-duty 24/7 away from their loved ones, wondering if they're safe while assuring the security of other people.

At this time of pandemic, it's natural to feel anxious and depressed. We all are. But know the fact that this will eventually end and our call now is to face the reality. We must plan ahead to sustain our needs for we can't predict what other crisis might come.
