𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐎𝐧 𝟎𝟑𝟎𝟕𝟎 - 𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐇 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 was successfully conducted its 𝟏𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲, for 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐, under the supervision of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐎 𝐐 𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐀 𝐉𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀—𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟒𝟎𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐃𝐂, 𝟒𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐆, 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌, 𝐏𝐀. Under the leadership of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐄𝐒)—𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 and the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟.
The training commenced with attendance checking, flag ceremony, and invocation . The activity held with present tactical NCO 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬),𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬),𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐉𝐡𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), with the advance cadet officers composed of 6 male and 3 female led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐨𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐆 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐥𝐥, 𝟏𝐜𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫.

Right after the basic cadets proceeded to warm up exercises, basic drills, commands, and ex*****on. After the field activities the basic cadets we're given a short break to prepare and rest for upcoming final exams and after that rehearsal of graduation . At around 𝟎𝟏𝟎𝟎𝐇 the basic cadets proceeded to their practice of graduation and consulting grades led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬),and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬). Right after the classrom instruction, The basic cadets proceeded to consultation of grades at around 𝟏𝟏𝟑𝟎𝐇
led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐉𝐡𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) and 𝐂/𝐂𝐋𝐓 𝐄𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐬 𝐆 𝐆𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧, 𝟏𝐜𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐒𝟏 with the assistance of advance cadet officers.

The 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 concluded without any untoward incident .

Under the leadership of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐄𝐒)-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐌 𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒)-𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 and the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟.

The training commenced with attendance checking, orientation, briefing and safety precautions for all. The activity was led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬),𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬),𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐉𝐡𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) with the assistance of cadet 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐨𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐆 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐥𝐥, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫.

The Limited War Fighting is consisted with 𝟑 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 including 𝐌𝟏𝟔 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 and 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞, At about 𝟎𝟖𝟎𝟎𝐇 the activities officially started starting with the obstacle course testing the physical capabilities of the cadet and cadettes led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) and𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) with the assistance of the 𝟏𝐂𝐋 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 ensuring the safety and orderly of the activity, Concurrently the Slide for Life is monitored by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐉𝐡𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) with the assistance of 𝟒𝐂𝐋 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 and 𝟏𝐂𝐋 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 Demonstrating the proper way of tying knots of the rope, On the other hand the Familiarization of M16 Riffle and firing is facilitated by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬)
