In observance of 𝗘𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗹-𝗔𝗱𝗵𝗮, or the “𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲", the BatStateU ARASOF-Nasugbu Library Services will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), declared as a 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆.

📚 Regular library operations will resume on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆).

𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐒

Batangas State University (BatStateU) reminds the public that its registered marks, including both its word marks (e.g. the University name) and its device and stylized marks (e.g. logo, seal, tagline, and other distinctive visual identifiers), are 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟴𝟮𝟵𝟯.

Unauthorized use of these marks may give rise to civil and, in appropriate cases, criminal liability under applicable laws.

𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗨 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, which may be formalized through a duly executed Trademark Licensing Agreement or other appropriate written authorization in accordance with intellectual property laws and University policies.

All business establishments and/or individuals currently producing or selling merchandise bearing the BatStateU registered marks without authorization are hereby directed to cease such activities immediately and coordinate with the Office of the Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension Services for proper authorization and licensing.
