Pico de Loro- Brand New Unit for Rent

Our space is located nearest the Pico de Loro Beach Club which you may access via the “Pico Ikot” or the Pico de Loro free shuttle or just by simply walking.

We designed our space in order to cater all the various needs of our guests may it be a family of 2 to 6 or a group of friends.

We provided a karaoke machine, an HD cable box, a smart TV with wi-fi, bluetooth speakers, assorted board games, card games, books and magazines to keep our guests entertained while staying in our unit.

We also provide free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body scrub, toilet paper, hand wash, etc.) for our guests’ convenience. Just bring your toothbrush and you’re ready to go!

Towels are not included. You may choose to bring your own towel or purchase a fresh and washed towel for 10USD or 500php. Available upon request. Please inform us before arrival so we may prepare your towels.

There is one queen sized bed which can sleep up to 2 people, a sofa bed which can sleep 2-3 people and a queen sized floor mattress which can sleep up to 2 people as well. Our unit may host a group of 6 (the maximum allowable guests for a 1 bedroom unit) and provide them with comfortable sleeping spaces.

Our dining table can accomodate up to 6 people and there are also chairs by the balcony if our guests want to enjoy nature while eating their meals.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new refrigerator, a brand new induction range oven, a microwave, bread toaster and a full set of cooking apparatus. Plates, cups, glasses and utensils are also provided for our guests.

There is a hot and cold water dispenser with free water which the guests may use freely.
