After some time at Ugalingan Elementary School, Sir Edwin L. Necesito, Principal I, is finally back at Carmen Central Elementary School. And honestly, it feels like home again.

Sir Edwin has always been more than just our principal. To the students, teachers, and staff, he is a father, a friend, and a family. He listens, encourages, and celebrates even the small victories. For the past few years, many of us missed his words of guidance and support. Now, hearing them again brings a sense of comfort and motivation that we didn’t realize we were missing.

He leads not just with authority, but with heart. He believes in each one of us, reminds us of our potential, and makes the school feel like a place where everyone belongs. Walking around the school premises now, you can feel the energy, the excitement, and the sense of purpose returning along with him.

Now, Sir Edwin’s return isn’t just about leadership, it’s about community, care, and family. Carmen Central Elementary School feels stronger, warmer, and more united because he’s back.
