Minimal and homie design that uses flutted panels and pvc ceiling panels that accentuates the plain and simple design of the building.

The building Envelope is designed to utilize the lot area as well as to also provide ample parking space for the clients. The long suspended eaves are designed to provide as sunshade to provide a much better air flow all throughout the building. ACP are used on the exterior for lesser maintenance for the building.

A Modern Industrial Residence

Minimalist and industrial design all in one, as clients preferred design in the overall outlook of the house. A rough and rigid exterior that exemplifies the beauty of raw concrete and contrast with wooden flutted panels complimented with a suspended slab that serves as the canopy for the garage.

The Rigid and raw approach of the exterior is contrasted by the warm and homie approach on the interior using earth tone colors and warm lights on the interior to provide a homie and relaxing ambiance.
