DAR Project SPLIT - Romblon

📅𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗢-𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Romblon, in pursuit of the goals of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, conducted a policy cascading activity on Joint DAR-LRA Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2024 and Administrative Order No. 2, Series of 2024 in Odiongan, Romblon.

The activity aimed to orient DAR personnel and Registry of Deeds representatives on 𝘑𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘋𝘈𝘙-𝘓𝘙𝘈 𝘈𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘖𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘕𝘰. 1 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘕𝘰. 2, 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 2024. Atty. Jazon E. Collado, Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicator(RARAD), served as resource speaker, covering the rules on re-issuance of Owner’s Duplicate Copies and correction of entries in Collective CLOAs, as well as the revised procedures on parcelization of landholdings under the SPLIT Project.

An open forum allowed participants to raise field-level concerns and seek legal clarifications. The activity was opened by CARPO Cosme Jaime M. Mendoza and formally closed by Chief Administration Officer Mark Anthony M. Reyes, RN, MPA.

With the successful conduct of this cascading activity, DARPO-Romblon proves its devotion to serve the forefront of its mandate and to improve the implementation of SPLIT Project.
