There are people whose leadership is remembered long after titles change, because their influence is felt in the growth of institutions and the lives of those they serve. Dr. David C. Bueno, EdD, DPA, DBA is one such leader. As he steps down from his role as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Services, the G-SPACE family expresses its heartfelt gratitude for his years of dedicated service, inspiring leadership, and steadfast belief in the transformative power of education. His guidance has strengthened our community, and his example continues to inspire us to pursue excellence with purpose and integrity.

Throughout his tenure as VPAASS, Dr. Bueno championed academic excellence, institutional innovation, and student-centered development. With vision, wisdom, and unwavering commitment, he helped shape programs, policies, and initiatives that strengthened the quality of education and enriched the learning experience of countless students. His leadership fostered a culture of professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the institution.

For the Graduate School for Professional Advancement and Continuing Education (G-SPACE), Dr. Bueno’s influence extends even further. As Dean, he has been instrumental in advancing graduate education, promoting meaningful research, expanding academic opportunities, and nurturing a community of lifelong learners. Through his leadership, G-SPACE has continued to grow as a hub for professional advancement, scholarly engagement, and transformative learning.

While we honor the conclusion of his service as Vice President, we celebrate the continuation of his leadership journey with G-SPACE. We are grateful that the wisdom, expertise, and passion that have benefited the entire Columban community will continue to guide our graduate school as we pursue new milestones and greater heights.

OFFICE HOURS UPDATE

Please be informed that effective June 1, 2026, the Admissions and Registration Office shall observe the following official office hours:

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Accordingly, beginning on the said date, regular office operations and frontline services shall be available only during the above-stated schedule.

The office shall no longer maintain regular office hours on Saturdays unless otherwise authorized or announced.

Students, faculty members, and other stakeholders are encouraged to transact with the office within the prescribed schedule to ensure efficient service delivery.

Please be guided accordingly.

Enrollment for the G-SPACE Program, First Trimester, 2026–2027, has officially concluded.
