Some team members shared that their families were genuinely moved when they saw the sacks of rice. It was a simple reminder that practical support can reach further than the workplace.

And that is what made the moment matter.

It is built through actions that show people they are seen, supported, and cared for in practical ways.

This is one of the ways iO tries to live out care, not as a slogan, but as something people can feel.
