The Naval Education, Training, and Doctrine Command (NETDC), through the Naval Officer Schools Center, recently facilitated the Joint Graduation Ceremony of the Philippine Navy Basic Education and Training Officer Course (PNBETOC) Class 02 and the Naval Officer Basic Course (NOBC) Class 45 at Naval Station Leovigildo Gantioqui in San Antonio, Zambales.

In line with the education and training initiatives of the organization, the students of PNBETOC Class 02 have been provided with the necessary foundations to become highly competent and morally upright course managers and curriculum developers for Education and Training Units.

NETDC intensifies its efforts to produce morally upright, highly competent and motivated naval professionals for the Philippine Navy and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
