We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic Philippine tax requirements
• Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and billing statements
• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and files
• Assist with reports and other finance-related duties

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Experience is an advantage
