Perfect World started a campaign to bring back their Chinese Dota 2 player base from the SEA Servers. Their call was supported by Chinese professional players, including Somnus, Ame, Chalice, Paparazzi & Zhou. They promised to reward the best players in matchmaking after a week-long period ending on October 18.
