A Glorious Day for Our "Birthday Boi" —Turning 60! 🎉💙🤍

We're all smiles at Parroquia de la Inmaculada Concepcion celebrating Msgr. Alfredo "Boboi" Romanillos! Our amazing Parish Priest is stepping into 60 with so much love and happiness surrounding him. 🎂

It started beautifully at dawn with a touching "Mañanita" serenade—sweet songs, warm greetings, and cheers from everyone. The Oslob Parish Grand Choir, RNB Youth Symphonic Band, and all us parishioners poured out our hearts with hugs and best wishes for Nyor Boboi! ✝️🎉

𝗦𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗔 𝗢𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗕

After the 5:00 PM Holy Mass, Rev. Msgr. Alfredo Romanillos, together with the Cofradia del Santo Niño de Cebu- Oslob Chapter, led the faithful in the Sirong, a prayerful offering expressed through movement, rhythm, and communal prayer in honor of the Señor Santo Niño accompanied by the beat of the drums.

Following the Sirong, the devotion continued with the Pahalok Niño, a tender moment of closeness where the faithful kissed the image of the Child Jesus, expressing reverence, trust, and a deeply personal act of faith.

Together as one parish, we celebrate Fiesta Senyor 2026— a community of faith, hope, and thanksgiving. Pit Senyor!

𝗦𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻, 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗮!

LOOK: The Cofradia del Santo Niño de Cebu- Oslob Chapter, together with the Ministry of Altar Servers, visited the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu for the 3rd Day Novena Mass in honor of the Child Jesus.

The Cofradia attended the 8:30 AM Novena Mass, which was presided over by Rev. Fr. Alvin Raypan, Rector of the San Carlos Seminary College.

In his homily, Fr. Raypan said that there is no superior nor inferior being in the eyes of the Lord, as He sees all His children in an equally loving way. In order for us to fully embrace His gracious comfort, we must remain humble amid our individualities and social disparities.

“Even when we are without possession or power, each one of us remains and is acknowledged as beloved of the Father, therefore, a child of God.”

This visit of the Cofradia reveals that true devotion is not about movement or tradition, but about returning to the source to which our faith belongs.
