Come celebrate Pride Month and International Day of Yoga with Flow and Recovery and Ayo Cafe on June 24, 2023. It is our goal to share yoga's incredible power with the community. Let's experience the joy and unity of yoga together. All are welcome!

This class will take place at Ayo Cafe, Rants 1 Building (4th floor), Sampaguita St. Saint Francis X, San Antonio Biñan, Laguna.
�The class will conclude with a community circle and a drink (iced or hot coffee, juice or blended beverage) from Ayo Cafe.
We are looking forward to practicing with you all!!
