About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our stores in Tacloban City. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, managing teams effectively, and delivering the exceptional customer experience.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll work closely with store managers and team members to achieve business goals while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches in Tacloban City
✅ Drive sales performance and profitability through effective planning, ex*****on, and monitoring of KPIs
✅ Ensure compliance with company standards, operating procedures, and food safety regulations
✅ Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve individual and team goals
✅ Develop and implement local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives
✅ Monitor inventory, cost control, and operational budgets to maximize efficiency
✅ Handle customer concerns and resolve operational challenges in a timely and professional manner
✅ Prepare and present regular reports on performance, challenges, and action plans to senior management

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
🛠️ At least 5 years of experience in retail or food service operations management, preferably in quick-service restaurants (QSR),, Manufacturing or Food Production.
🤝 Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
📊 Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
🗣️ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
🕒 Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
